While Okotoks’ walkable paths are a treasure, not everyone can rely on them due to physical ability, time, or our unpredictable weather. I’ll advocate for practical solutions like safe roads, ample parking, reliable public transportation, and effective snow removal, ensuring everyone can get around town comfortably without sacrificing our lifestyle or safety.

Promote Sustainable Growth

New development strains our roads, facilities, and emergency services, threatening the livability of Okotoks. I’ll push for growth that aligns with our infrastructure capacity, ensuring we maintain our freedom of movement and quality of life while building a sustainable future for our community.

Broaden Our Tax Base

By attracting businesses and industries that fit Okotoks’ values(think Garmin in Cochrane), we can diversify our tax base to fund the things we really want like upgraded/new recreation facilities, arts centers, and twinned roads, enhancing our community without compromising our way of life.
